Professional and Courteous!
I have seen John since 2021 when I developed asthma as an adult. At each visit he takes time to explain, and claify issues that am concerned about. We review medications and adjust as I have become healthier. Best PA ever and staff is also so helpful. I'm staying with this very knowledgeable PA-bravo John!

Office staff are incompetent and inconsiderate. I had an appointment this morning which was scheduled over one month ago. He arrived at the office on time and was told that John Keta had "an emergency", which popped up three weeks ago, and had to cancel the appointment. Lady at the front desk said that they called trying to cancel the appointment, but he had no missed calls or voice mail messages AND they had the correct phone number. They also didn't notify him about this cancellation via text, email or his Beaumont Chart. As a matter of fact, the appointment was still scheduled in the Beaumont Chart! Seems fishy to me and like the incompentent and rude staff are lying. Their lack of follow-through and customer service has now caused us to seek a new doctor and push the appointment into 2022 which we will have to incur charges since the health insurance deductible resets. I would not recommend this pulmolgist practice to anyone!
