Review of Services Rendered
I was very disappointed in the care I received from Dr. Kole. I suffer from several degenerative disc issues and contracted for 12 Spinal Decompression visits. I received 11 and chose to not go back for my last one - his office never reimbursed me for the unused portion. The reason I did not go back for the last one is (1) 80% of my visits I received ZERO (0) assistance to lay down and position myself on the decompression chair and after the first 2 visits I received ZERO (0) assistance to get up off the chair which was in a laying down position - instead I was told to get up when I'm ready and (2) the manual adjustments yielded very little results and yet Dr. Kole only tried to get 1 crack out of me lying down on the left side, the right side and on my back. and if he got nothing he just moved on - again with minimal assistance and was expected to shift from position to position on my own regardless of the pain level I was in.
