Dr. John Kudryk, OD

All i needed was an appointment for an eye exam and to diagnose something on my lower eye lid that could be a sty. I was moved from room-to room. Nothing was done in the rooms, I was just moved around. I spent almost 3 hours in a chair, and was asked to come back for another type of exam. Dr. Kudryk never told me what the exam was for or why he ordered it. He acted like he didn't want to be bothered. Bottom line is.....I spent almost 3 hours in the office and left with nothing. He did call in a prescription for me, and it was priced at $200. I called the office and asked to get a prescription that wasn't that expensive. I never got another prescription, and had to go back to the office and pick up the numbers for my exam so I could get new glasses. I will NEVER go back to that office. Such a run around with zero results. Stay away from this doctor!!

I cancelled my appointment last year because Kudryk was the only one available to do my eye exam. Past appointments with him proved to be the most rude person on the planet. Yelled at me when I asked questions. Never answered my questions, then passed me off to the ladies who make appointments.

Saw Dr. Kudryk on Thursday for exam. Appointmen was for 3 pm, was in within 15 mins. Tech who evaluated me was very efficient and friendly. Dr. Kudryk was very thorough, very professional and caring. I would recommend him and Perich Eye Center without hesitation.
