He was the best doctor I have ever been too!

he was very cold and dismissive of all of my concerns, more interested in giving me prescriptions, bedrest and referrals instead of actual help. not to mention his bedside manner, or lack there of. not empathetic at all, feels as if he does not care about me as a patient and more as a paycheck. i would not recommend him for transgender care either.

John is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL - I see these 1 star reviews and I can say that they are WAY OFF - I understand medicine - I am a dentist and these extreme reviews are a disservice when the provider cannot speak back. So I will - John listens, he is communicative, you know exactly the care plan, he is thorough and you leave feeling he LISTENS and will ensure quality care. I HIGHLY recommend him.

John is so personable and thoughtful as my primary care professional. I trust him with my health and am confident that I am thriving under his care. I particularly appreciate his competent staff and quick responsiveness to my requests and needs. Thank you John for everything you do.

Dr. Marquez is phenomenal in every sense. His bedside manner is kind and warm, he listens to his patients and responds with treatment that helps immediately, and goes above and beyond to do the best he can by his patients.

John is an excellent medical provider. As far as PCPs go, John is by-far the kindest and easiest person I've seen over the years. He's very easy to talk to and explains things in a way that my non-medically trained brain can understand. He never rushes through a visit and always makes sure I'm comfortable with whatever treatment he is suggesting before I leave the office/video call. He's been especially flexible during these COVID-times, offering to conduct office visits remotely. (I hope this becomes a lasting trend, it's so convenient). On top of al that, my health insurance is garbage (I'm looking at your UHC!) and John has spent countless hours documenting and negotiating on my behalf to get me on the best drug available - not the one they want to put me on because it's cheapest. Overall, I give John a 10 out of 10.

John is one of the few providers I have ever had that goes out of his way to make sure I'm completing necessary checkups. He also is far more knowledgeable than anyone I have ever worked with. He will take the time to walk me through any medical issue and explain the reasoning behind his decision. He is the only provider to ever do that. For years I had issues with my ear and went to several ENT specialists. Most would give me the same medication after barely looking at my ears. John spent almost an hour with my talking and inspecting my ear and finally was able to identify the issue and prescribe the appropriate treatment. I would recommend him to anyone!

John is a great provider - he assisted me with my low back pain - referred me after a thorough workup to ensure I would not get the run around. He is fantastic and is straight forward and will not waste your time.

This guy is horrible! Went in for a previously diagnosed insect bite and he told me I have rheumatoid arthritis and clinical depression. Still waiting over 30 days to get a referral for somewhere because they cannot get their paperwork straight there. Also lost my blood test for 2 weeks so I'm still sick and every bit of money their billing has been for nothing!

First encounter with John during Covid-19, he comes into exam room with no mask, doesn't introduce himself, starts off by telling me the dosage on one of my prescriptions is all wrong, & what he's going to do to correct the issue. I came to the clinic for an ear infection. After a couple of minutes listening to him slam my Dr., not a PA-C, that I had for 7 years that just retired, I told him to just worry about my ear and I would find a new Dr. & determine if there was a problem with my dosage. He's the rudest, most egotistical, self absorbed person I've dealt with, very unprofessional. Would never see him again. June 10, 2020

Highly recommend - compassionate and listens - he is knowledgeable and takes incredibly great care of patients - Medicaid, Private Insurance or Private Pay - it doesn't matter - he believes in patient care not the financials that many providers and offices place to limit access to care.
