Do not use this DR. Extremely poor billing practice. Date of service in 9/2018 and received a bill from St. Lucie Anesthesia 6/2019. Insurance company processed claim same month with my balance due and they never sent me a bill. They admitted doing this to many patients without notifying them. Left Dr. a message to report his poor billing process. Do not use this Dr. until he can get a reputable billing company.
