I do not recommend Dr. John Pietrofesa. He agreed to sign a letter for me that was valid for 1 year. 6 months later I called him and asked him if he would use the same information on the letter and put in on a newer required form. Same information just different form. He wouldn't do it. He left me stranded, out of state looking for a new doctor. This situation left me anxious and worried.
