Beware if you have any long past traumas unless you want the scars and scabs ripped back off and opened raw. Lazy - Didn't consult notes from a VERY recent prior intake I did at the same practice with my talk therapist, and so all over again asked a bunch of intake questions about abuse so I had to relive and suffer all over again. She's supposed to be a Med doctor, not a talk therapist. Stay in your lane. You only need to know a patient's current symptoms and struggles to prescribe adequate meds. Quit dredging up deep past trauma and exacerbating people's mental issues just so you can continue having patients to "treat". Especially if they already did the intake questions! Day is ruined, nightmares will probably be with me for weeks.
