I went in today to see if my form was ready to be picked up. I dropped it off Friday and today is Monday. I was informed that I can come by Monday to pick it up by one of the nice ladies at the front desk. Today , Monday, I asked if my form was ready and the same lady that helped me Friday said she would check. I waited 30 minutes until I went back up to a different lady that said “ oh you’ve been here for 30 minutes and they haven’t told you anything?” No, anyways the nurse came out and gave me a horrible Attitude as if I should have know the paper wasn’t ready because I didn’t receive a phone call. She said someone should have already told me about receiving a phone to let me know the form was ready. No body told me that. And I definitely absolutely do not appreciate the attitude or waiting 40 minutes for someone to come out and tell me it wasn’t ready. Like we people who come into the office don’t have an outside life school or work to attend. What happened to patient care?
