I advised Dr. Reiter's staff on 3 occasions that I do not want any tests - just an eye exam to check my prescription from last year. All 3 times a different member of her staff assured my request would be honored. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was advised that the "Welcome Back" form I completed in advance needed to be changed over to a new patient form. I advised that staff member that I completed what had been sent to me. I was then led into a second room where two non-invasive tests were performed. At their conclusion, the staff member asked me to pay $80 for two additional tests. I declined. When Dr. Reiter led me back to the eye exam room she advised me that unless I consented to a new glaucoma test she would not check my eyes because it was the only way she could charge my insurance company. The staff and their doctor are out of sync with each other. They are an insurance charging machine with no respect to what the customer wants. Dr. Reiter is rude and arrogant.

Robert was great. He helped me out with getting my little girl new glasses. He worked with my insurance and was able to get her into another pair of glasses without a problem. Thank you.

The staff is very helpful ,professional and upbeat. The office is tastefully decorated and offers patients coffee and water.....it even has some games to occupy children while their parents see the Doctor. I would recommend this office without hesitation or reservation.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Reiter. Today was my first visit at her office. Everyone was very professional and very nice. My husband and I had a pleasant visit. The glasses I was wearing when I came, Robert, the Optician noticed that my bifocals on the left side were at a 45 degree angle. I have been wearing those glasses for about 2 years. I took them back where I purchased them and they are replacing the lens. Thanks Robert.
