Patient, understanding, and insightful.
My time with Jonah was very helpful, not only for my general anxiety, but as well as for processing past memories. He nurtured an accommodating safe space, with careful, valuable consideration that really allowed me to explore experiences and thought patterns I was uncomfortable sharing with others.

Terrible. His slow and lethargic voice makes it like talking to a zombie. He barely asked me any questions and did not seem interested in my problems. Do your homework and research therapists beforehand.

Jonah is a very good listener, punctual and always has very astute insight and sound advice. His calming presence has changed how I view mental health and he's changed my life for the better. I don't want to imagine where I would be without his help.
