Fantastic Dr
I have been visiting Gray Family Vision for over 25 years. Dr Cook has always taken his time during appointments to explain everything to me, make sure my lenses fit correctly, and that my glasses are comfortable. I never feel rushed and Dr Cook and his staff make me feel welcome. My wife and daughters all visit Dr. Cook for eyecare now.

I Cannot Recommend Seeing Dr. Cook
I told him my primary concern was correcting my double vision. His demeanor changed to angry when I told him I wanted to take my Rx with me to buy glasses elsewhere. He did an exam. I have double vision when I look in any direction, but he told me he could not prescribe correction of my double vision because I only had it when I looked far up. I reminded him that was not true, but when he wrote the prescription, he still wouldn't include correction for my double vision and although he measured my PD (my nose is closer to my left eye than my right), he did not include the PD(s) on my prescription. I had to go elsewhere to get an accurate prescription.
