Incredibly helpful!
I learned about Jonathan from a friend who was going through something very similar to me. We were both married to covert narcissists. That sounded silly at the time, but I have come to learn how truly dangerous people with Narcissistic Personality Disorder are. I liked Jonathan because he is a Christian first & he guided me through setting boundaries, understanding and seeing a narcissist for what and who they are and how to heal from narcissistic abuse. I am now on the other side and working with Jonathan on how to be the woman Christ designed me to be. He is incredibly thoughtful, insightful and knowledgeable. He tells you exactly what you NEED to hear and I always know he’s right, even if I am not ready to hear it at the moment. I highly recommend him!
