I was referred to this office by a friend who came here after an ACL injury. His doctor told him he needed surgery, but after coming to Rise Fitness, he made a full recovery within 8 months, without surgery. Dr. Gayed is very unique in his approach. I personally suffer from a slightly herniated C4 disk, which causes my to have tightness in my upper trap muscle. In addition, because I am a dentist, my upper traps are very tight and I have on and off pain in my neck. I went to physical therapy 3

He was a pleasure to work with. He really took the time to answer all my questions. He took out a model of the body on his phone and explained what my MRI said. He was very patient and very fun to work with.
