Wonderful provider!
Neuropsych testing for my child. Great patient care and put my child at ease quickly. Was very helpful and made the whole experience as painless as it could be. I would recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond.

I was referred to Dr. Gross by the VA, and it was worth the 8 month wait for the appointment. Despite the subject matter being very upsetting, Dr. Gross made me feel seen and heard, and regularly checked in to see how I was feeling. The process was as painless as possible, and he ensured that I understood my results fully, and answered any questions I had without making me feel like an Idiot. 11/10 for Dr. Gross (and 11/10 for Lauren, who was incredibly kind and helpful)

Dr. Gross is a regular guy with a good sense of humor. He talks to you like you are a long time friend. I have worked in the medical field for years until I retired. I have seen many good practitioners and some bad. Dr. Gross is a good one. I plan to see him myself in the future.

Provider needs further education in TBI and head injury assessment. I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Gross who told me I did not have tbi. My other docs found that I had vision damage, vestibular issues, and damage to my ears from the head trauma. If I had listened to him I wouldn’t have had proper treatment and my life would be completely hindered professionally, emotionally and Physically. I cannot speak to his other skills.

This man has absolutely no business conducting assessments for vehicular accidents or concussions. He point blank told me my neurologist who specializes in concussions was prescribing me wrong meds and described my imaged herniated discs and concussion as psychosomatic pain. His report was erroneous, had incorrect factual statements and was disturbing to both me and my other providers who know me well. Completely inappropriate.

My experience was difficult at first because I had a major problem. Dr. Gross knew exactly how to work with my fears. I now know what caused my stress and am working with a psychotherapist.. Dr. Gross knew exactly what caused my problem. I am very grateful. He is excellent.

This was our first time we worked with Dr.G but the third test my child had taken in her life and by far, the tests Dr.G administered was the most thorough. Dr. G has quiet gentle way about himself and was warm and welcoming. Our first meeting went well and we discussed our reasons for seeking his help. Dr. G asked great questions. Two weeks later we came back for the long test. When it was over, she was relaxed, smiling handleding it in stride. The follow up for results were also through.

Dr Gross was by far the worst clinician I've ever encountered. He had poor communication skills, interrupted several times to say I need to run the session, and he offered no assistance. I would not recommend him to anyone, and quite frankly I'm surprised he can even maintain a practice.
