Unfortunately I’m still having to see him. I have asked for a different provider for years. The office will not switch your providers. My husband comes with me when it’s really bad. Jordan doesn’t listen. He’s condescending and dismissive.

He diagnosed my mother with having a pinched nerve since she was having difficulty with her left leg & arm. Gave her muscle relaxers and recommended her to PT. Spoiler alert: She had a stroke.

Jordan was fine for managing treatment of hypertension and very personable, but when it came to management of an acute illness, he was in over his head. His nonchalant attitude & unwillingness to entertain any possibility that he didn't think of caused a serious infection to spread to the point where my husband was fighting for his life. Because Jordan was unwilling to refer us outside their office, we had to take matters into our own hands & seek care elsewhere. The new provider sent him for same day imaging and bloodwork which led to surgery scheduled for the next day. We were told by another provider (from an outside office) to get his affairs in order after seeing him & imaging results. Each doctor we've seen has been flabbergasted by the negligence demonstrated. Jordan missed a textbook diagnosis. Not only did HE not think to test for it on his own, he was unwilling to test even when suggested to him. Had it not been for me, Jordan's negligence most-likely would have killed him.

Jordan is by far the best pcp I have had. He is very attenative to my needs, and also very straight forward. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
