Very unprofessional! Stay away from this person!

The first visit was normal, he seemed very knowledgeable and nice. We did some Zoom calls after that. His staff ignored my requests to send me my lab results and refill my prescriptions. During our last Zoom call, Dr. Bautista didn't know who I was and didn't remember what my problem was, it was like he was not prepared for my appointment at all. I also asked him to send me my lab results, which we discussed and I got ignored again. He also lied to me when he said a testosterone test takes 2 weeks to be done!
