Didn't address the problem
Instead of addressing and investigating the problem I came in with, he insulted me by explaining nutrition and fat shaming me. He didn't listen to any of what I explained to him, then he said I 'got defensive'. He was not helpful to me, and I regret the time wasted spent on the visit.
