I decided to try Dr. Davis at the Burgaw location due to a lower back issue and because the office is closer to my house. I figured it would be more convenient for me now that I am working from home. Dr. Davis was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to relieve my pain. However, the administrative staff is an issue. I had met my health insurance deductible and was told I did not. I was told they would run the service through my health insurance and they did not. After several times of calling and even showing up at the office, the service was never run through my insurance, and my calls were never returned. I was charged over $200 for my first visit and $135 for my next visit. I went back to the chiropractor that I was previously seeing and they ran through my insurance during my visit. I only owed $11. Dr. Davis is great but customer service needs to be looked at.
