Very professional, great staff, very knowledgeable, takes time to explain things, NEVER tries to encourage you to buy things you don't need.

I was provided with a card by Dr. Douglas office when I purchased contact lenses that said “we want you to be completely satisfied” and “encourage you to return with any question regarding the vision or comfort of your new contact lenses”. I did return, because I was not satisfied and ended up being charged for another appointment. I was also told the manufacturer would likely not do anything despite the “risk-free warranty” as stated on the card. When I asked the staff about this, I was told the manufacturer printed that card, not their office and they didn’t have anything to do with it. Confusing thing is, it had their practices name on it and office logo. In addition, they were the ones that gave it to me. I suggest they try to figure out what’s going on there and how they want to run their practice. I’ll be going somewhere else.
