Dr. Horn listens to your questions and gives very clear responses. Moves smoothly through the test, asks if you questions walks you to the front desk to make your next appointment.

Staff was very professional. Dr. Horne let me know the reasoning in some of the tests we were going to do.

My visit was a recall because I couldn’t see out of the lenses. Dr Horne was patient & understanding with the exam. I would recommend him to my family &friends.

Many people at my office who either have eye glasses prescriptions or have other eye health issues have told me that they recommend Pacific Eye. However, none of them use the Pacific Eye located in Paso Robles or Dr. Horne. After my experience there with Dr. Horne, I am so happy to recommend him to anyone I know! He seemed to listen, ask appropriate questions, and take his time being accurate and precise, while also getting me in and out of the appointment extremely efficiently! He made sure to listen to my questions at the end, and he set me up with the follow-up appointments needed to get me started with contact lenses for the first time. I told him I would like to wear contacts at my wedding in the spring, and he made sure that my wishes were prioritized so that I could get started with the contact lense process as soon as possible. It was only my first appointment with him, but I'm excited to finally have a doctor I am satisfied with!

it was his first time seeing me and he was completely briefed on my chart and with his nurse prior to coming in. He was extremely thorough on every test and describing what was important for my vision. He spent time to explaine preventative tips for eye care and safety. Probably the best most thorough Dr visit in a very long time. Even walked me out to check out to be sure I had everything I needed.

Dr. Horne has a thoughtful approach. He thoroughly explains his process and never seems hurried although his practice is a very busy one.

Helpful, pleasant and professional!

Staff got me in on time and took info and basic checks of inflamed eye. Doctor came in soon after and did his exam. Found inflammation of eye and provided RX eye drops during visit and for home. He explained my condition and reassured that it was just a passing problems and would soon resolve itself with provided drops. Visit was quick and I left feeling positive about it.

I have double vision ( eye nerve related). After three years of other docs, he easily and quickly fitted me with prism lenses. I am excited as I have been dealing with this for four years.

I moved to Los Angeles over a year ago and I travel three hours to see Joe for my annual eye exam. The staff at PacEye are kind, considerate and take their time to help. Joe is a great opthalmologist and is always looking out for my best interest and the health of my eyes. I could t be happier. Thanks Joe and thanks, PacEye.
