He was condescending, arrogant, did not listen, and poor hygiene. I was rushed and will never return. Office is not handicapped accessible, dirty, and filled with fur from his dog he does not clean up after. Office is small and had no waiting room. I had to wait outside until other person ahead of me left. Most unprofessional experience
