Joe Moss is a certified Physician Assistant who works at the UT Health East Texas Physicians Clinic in Rusk, Texas.

Joe explains his role, "I look at my job as being a manager of my patients' healthcare.  I can help them, be here for guidance, but they have to do most of the work themselves."
