Dr William takes his time and really listens to you about what’s going right or wrong, then fixes it. Really great work and very appreciated.

When I came to Dr. Williams, I was already living with pain for 25 years. After multiple fusions in my spine, I had chronic pain that was truly debilitating. Dr. William was not only patient caring and listen to my needs and wants he knew exactly what to do and how to treat my pain. My follow up appointments have been absolutely remarkable and he genuinely concerned about my well-being. To this day I now am able to live my life with very minimum pain. Some days I have absolutely zero pain. I told Dr. William he possibly saved my life, I know for sure he changed it! I am forever grateful.

I have been seeing Dr William for 2 years with great results from Radio Frequency Ablations for pain in my lower back. He is very professional, a great communicator, and a very caring doctor. I would not want to go to another doctor for pain management.

I have seen him twice for hip injections (for chronic bursitis). In my many years, I have never seen a pain management physician and almost refused the referral because I did not want pain meds. Now I understand there are other options to relive pain. He and his staff are open, compassionate and skilled.He answered all my questions in kind and professional manner and quickly knew the origin of the pain and exactly how to relieve the pain without pain meds. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. William, and his staff.

Dr. William was respectful and interested in what was going on in relation to shoulder pain issues and what he could do to help. He was also able to offer help and suggestions to alleviate chronic migraines, taking time to explain procedures. Topped it off with a great massage from a PT.

Dr. William is fantastic. He is funny and friendly and he gives it to you straight. He takes time to answer questions and is always willing to listen to what you as a patient want. Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Williams is professional and courteous! He is attentive to your needs and willing to help you manage your pain. I would also like to add that it is equally important as a patient to follow the advice given from a professional of this caliber. It is hard to find a Doctor you can trust and you can trust Dr. Williams! I highly recommend him!

Dr. William was extremely patient with me as I described my issues. He then made a strong effort to fully understand what was affecting me so that could properly address my issues. He and his assistant make a great team and I would recommend them to any one in need of a pain management doctor!

The negative reviews here are 100% accurate! My experience was very similar to the other negative experiences listed here. Stay away! I went to see Dr William with a potential slipped disc in my back. Throughout the appointment, he acted annoyed and like talking to me was such a waste of his time. I got x-rays taken, the results came back, but he never called to go over them. After nearly a month, I stopped by his office and asked him to reach out and review them with me. The next day he called and acted SUPER annoyed that he had to talk to me, was condescensing on the phone and some of his conclusions made zero sense considering my previous medical history. When I kiindly questioned his opinion, he was argumentative and honestly treated me like I’m an idiot. I’m not a physician, but I’m also a fairly sharp individual and some of the things he said honestly don’t add up. I’m also familiar with excellent customer service, and Dr. William is rude, self-centered and condescending.

Dr. William listened to me and explained what he felt was wrong. He used visual aides to explain the problem. Once the x-rays were completed, he re-evaluated and recommended a CT Scan before moving forward.Very helpful!

Dr William is an amazing Doctor he really cares about his patients we feel extremely lucky he is treating our Son.

Apart from feeling like my questions were bothering him,feeling like he was rushed, and his abrupt bedside manner, He had not reviewed my MRI and myelogram results -ordered by my neurosurgeon- and belittled me when I said I was having disc issues by pushing on my back muscles and sarcastically asking 'what do you think I'm pushing on here? you can't feel a disc from the outside'. Telling me my pain was all muscular .My L4L5 has a cyst, complex bone spur, is bulging etc so I'm sorry but it's not just muscular. He disregarded things I said had previously worked for me (ESI) and had his own ideas about what to do -telling me I just needed a massage and Nsaids. He also suggested he wanted to change medication I'm on that was prescribed to me from another dr saying it's not the right medication and that dr didn't want to prescribe the best one because it takes extra steps to type it into the computer. I have requested a new referral and would not recommend Dr William to anyone.

I have had my share of doctors with a poor bedside manner but I can’t recall ever being treated like this. He talked down to me as if I couldn’t understand anything. I told him after being treated disrespectfully that I wasn’t a child, I was an adult and so was he so we could have a mutually respectful conversation. He immediately started listing off how long he went to college and that he was a “world renowned expert in orthopedics”. I have a bachelor’s degree but didn’t share that with him. He started trying to bait me into an argument. I truly couldn’t figure out why he was so aggressive for no reason. Needless to say that he never addressed the symptoms and pain that I went to him for. I kept trying to steer him back towards the medical side of things but he just kept talking about literally anything else. I will never go to him or to anyone of this practice again! Pay attention to his multiple negative reviews. They are 100% accurate.

He was very honest and helpful with my treatment. I have a lot of respect for him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I only had to wait a few seconds before he came into the room for a followup visit. Based on some other tests, he had realized I could might benefit from an additional prescription and modifying what I was taking. He was right. He asked me the right questions, answered the ones I had, and I left feeling confident with the encounter.

Mr. Williams treats his patients and the staff that works with him terribly. I don't think I've ever seen him smile. He's condescending, passive aggressive in his approach, rude, and unprofessional. When his patients experience pain during a procedure he scoffs and snickers because, 'pain is expected' during a procedure like this. He has zero sympathy and appears to have no ability to understand what his patients are going through. I would steer clear of this person.
