My wife went to see this guy when she hurt her back and needed help as soon as possible but my normal chiropractor was closed for the weekend.He maybe did help a little and she appreciated him working her into the schedule but he demanded she pay $149.76 up front when the copay is only $35 with our Blue Cross insurance.It’s been weeks now of her, Blue Cross, and now me trying to get in touch with him to get the difference refunded.He tries to blame BCBS that he can’t issue the refund until they pay and that I needed to get BCBS to expedite the claim.I called BCBS and he never submitted a claim. They called him to try to help him out and re-confirmed we are covered and that the copay is $35 for us.He still won’t refund the difference and then yelled and hung up on me when I kept asking for a timeline.This might have been a 5 star review if it weren’t for him overcharging, lying about the claim, and his repeated unprofession
