Dr. Z is a caring and compassionate professional, who has become a trusted advisor and essential part of my support network. I look forward to my weekly meetings with him for his empathetic, authentic, and nonjudgmental listening, his no-nonsense approach to problem-solving, and his frank, authentic, humorous demeanor. I always come away feeling supported and confident that I am on the right track.
