Very disappointed! Friend bought us two gift cards for massages: One gift card was for 2 (1-hour) massages & the second gift card for 4 (1-hour) massages. My husband & I split the 2 (1-hour) massages first. A year later we went in to use 2 hours of the the 4 (1-hour) gift card. Josh Ben pulled up our name in the system and said we already used 2 hours of the gift card (NO- 2 HOURS WERE FROM A SEPARATE GIFT CARD). GC was made of "paper" with no type of identification. Sad to lose a nice gift.
