It was a trainwreck. I was chastised for not accepting a call from an unknown number the day before asking me to have a virtual visit instead of an in-person visit. Josh had never been so rude. I guess the influence of the practice has taken hold. The nursing staff is always rude and short for every visit. The exception is Charlene, who is always pleasant. Too bad her attitude does not rub off. The front desk is incompetent. They either do not care or do not know how to do their jobs. Diane, the practice manager, is exceptionally bad. She personally called me to tell me I was no longer desired as a patient after writing a complaint about not being able to come to an office visit because I had diarrhea. I was told this was a "well" center and I would have to go to the ER after being invited in by Dr. Stitzer. The local ER turned me away because I did not have Covid-19. Some doctor's office!!!
