This is a good story about Dr. Josh Fede. From 8/2017 to 10/2017 he worked on my lower back. He really made a huge improvement in my quality of life. I thank God for him every week. My story: In July of 2017 my quality of life was getting low. I had suffered from lower back pain for years. I spent up to five hours a day in bed alternating treatments of heat and ice and taking 200mg of Advil regularly. The fun was gone. I continued to work as an engineer and robotics team mentor, but I struggled. My new Holy Cross pain management MD directed me to start physical therapy (PT). I had huge doubts that this would help since I had several lengthy but unsuccessful spans of PT over the years. At the end of each, I would be on more medicines to relieve the pain. All of the treatments made my pain worse. However, after being treated by Dr. Fede for 3 months, I had my life back. No more bed rest as long as I behave. He was the solution. I am thankful for his approach, knowledge and skill.
