Nothing good
Provider was rushed and disrespectful. Made it clear he did not want to help me. Offered only a $1000 per month med not covered by Medicare with no cost abatement options available. Contacted the office twice to discuss options - never received a response. Not helpful at all. Found someone else who has been amazing.

Long wait, overcharged, rushed exam by Dr Johnston, and the tech performed the majority of my exam.

Excellent Dry Eye Specialist!
A good dry eye specialist is hard to find! If you suffer from dry eye, Dr. Johnston is who you want to see. He has been treating me for the past few months and was able to make progress on my condition with IPL when nothing else was working! I still have a long journey ahead, but I am confident I am in good hands with Dr. Johnston. Even the best optometrists and ophthalmologists do not often know much about dry eye, but Dr. Johnston is up to date with the latest information, treatments, and technologies to help manage dry eye disease.
