Not considerate of patient’s time
Waited an hour (still waiting) after scheduled follow-up. Staff was rude and dismissive. Seems they book multiple patients at the same time. How is my time not as important as his?

Dr. Orlen is both professional and personable. He has a very relaxed atmosphere and takes the time to make one feel well informed as well as well cared for.
