Rude and aggressive
He was impatient and tried to shush me several times. Zero patience or bedside manner, more tolerant of being told off after he shushed me for the 3rd time in the first few minutes of talking. I'm there for expertise and helpful assistance, not to be treated like a child as I approach you like a civilized adult.
