Dr. Joshua Scott, PHD

Dr. Scott is the kind of therapist who you remember for the rest of your life, for all the best reasons. I have never felt more seen and understood than by Dr. Scott. His ability to extend compassion and empathy while also never being afraid to call you out on growth edges, all while maintaining healthy professional boundaries, is a true gift. The depth of his expertise and clinical knowledge is of the highest caliber and I say this as a doctor myself. This confidence extends into more effective and impactful therapy. He masterfully integrates secular contemplative practice and mindfulness into his work. He will also advocate on your behalf at moments when you need it most, which was so healing. Some of the words of encouragement he shared with me still come to mind on a daily basis. Everyday, I am grateful that I was lucky enough to be his patient.
