I can’t thank Dr Vance enough for providing the SAAT treatment for Alpha Gal, carageenan, mcas, gluten. I was at a road block with doctors/allergists for over 18 months, I was miserable! I am very grateful for the help I have received from Dr. Vance and his staff. I had been struggling with low energy, pain, and inflammation throughout my body for years. It was difficult to work a full day. Dr. Vance looked at my seemingly "normal" blood work and saw red flags that other practitioners had missed. This prompted him to dig deeper, and he suggested a food sensitivity test to see if I had antibodies to 96 different foods. I had my blood drawn in his office my Joan, the best phlebotomist I have ever encountered. My veins are very small and hard to draw from. She used a child sized needle and had no problems. I hardly felt anything! The results of the test were very revealing. I was indeed sensitive to a number of foods that I had been eating on a daily basis. I immediately eliminated these foods and the results were sudden and profound. Within just a couple of days, I lost weight and could work a full day with energy to spare! Thank you, Dr. Vance!
