I changed my life with Josh's help. I learned how to have healthy relationships, starting with myself and rippling out to my role as a parent, partner, and friend. We navigated trauma, an eating disorder, substance abuse, and deep depression. Josh is also great no matter what your spiritual beliefs are, or if you have none at all. Today I am healthier and happier than I ever thought possible. 10/10 would recommend!
