Do NOT book this woman. I am a busy CEO. I arrive early for an appointment my husband had tried to make for me. She refused to let him. Then she reschedules the appointment with no explanation. I'm waiting for 15 minutes so I try to call my husband to try to figure out whether I should leave, she comes out of her office. She walks up to me, no introduction, no smile, NO WARMTH, as if I was inconveniencing her. She says, “are you Sarah? Here’s some paperwork for you?” I say, "I think we were at 4:45pm". She stares at me, no apology or acknowledgement, then says "do you not want to do this." and before I reply, turns her back on me and walks into her office. After the constant scheduling hassle and lack of respect for my time. I was truly shocked at her behavior. She clearly treated me as if she was doing me a favor. I've never, ever seen someone in the mental health field treat anyone this way, with such a lack of compassion and complete entitlement. She should not have a practice.

Ms. Reynolds helped me get through a very difficult period in my life and in the life of my family.
