Similar to the above, I never felt like she engaged with me, and she wouldn't help me with payment issues (which is one of the reasons I was going -- financial troubles). No empathy whatsoever.

Poor communication, lackluster attempts at engaging, zero worthwhile and useful avers to IMPORTANT questions. Never felt an ounce of empathy. Avoid.
