Bad Experience
Telehealth
I never had a cough, I had a sinus infection but PA prescribed cough medicine to me. She knew I did not have a cough because she asked me. Also, I already had nasal spray and told her that I did not want it, but she prescribed it anyway. I asked to see another Doctor when I realized who I was dealing with and left the meeting.

Decided not to treat me before we even spoke
Telehealth
Horrible communication, dismissive. As one person, I cannot do much. However, I have decided not to use CVS Minute Clinic again (even though they have always been great before). I do not want to give my money to people who employ a person like this.
