PA JOYCE WAGNER claimed to have an issue with my husband being on his phone but he was never on his phone. She claimed he was talking to someone else in the phone while she was talking to him but that was so far from the truth. She threatened to not continue if he was to keep using his phone while she was in there. He never got on his phone and he never stopped to talk or text or his phone. I was right next to him. Since she got in the room she kept glancing at me being in my phone. I told her that she have an issue with me being on my phone. She never denied it. Needless to say I never made a sound with my phone. I told her I was taking a quiz. No noise came from my phone the entire time. She proceeded to say there should not be any phones in the exam room. I explained to her that I am not the patient and she should be dealing only with him and what I was doing on my phone was none of her concern. She continued to loudly sigh under her mask. This experience was the worst.

she didn’t ask anything about my issues nor my med history. After not seeing a dr in a yr i would think u would want to run labs . Nope didn’t even mention it . Terrible!
