I absolutely loved my experience with Joy. She never ever once made me feel like I was a bother. She really took all of my concerns seriously. She was patient and diligent. I felt extremely comfortable in her care. Would highly recommend her.

I would never recommend anyone to her. Her bedside manner seems pleasant at 1st. Until you "catch her on an off day". She use passive aggressive actions. To apologize for her wrong doing. And she also adds things to your medical file that is supposed to be patient confidentiality. But somehow it resulted in me not being able to switch doctors. I'm disgusted that anyone would give her a medical license with her type of bed side manner.
