I always feel like my concerns are fully addressed and she is so thorough and clearly intelligent about any topic that has come up.

Will not be seeing this NP again. Regardless of the fact that my apt was in the early am and on time, she entered with rushed energy and spoke extremely fast. I felt as if she was trying to rush through my visit to just get it over with. I felt not only unimportant, but as a nuisance or burden for having scheduled a visit with her. She sped through the entire visit and did not leave any opportunity for questions. When I asked if I could ask a question, w/ her hand on the doorknob, her body language clearly demonstrated frustration and annoyance with the mere fact that I had a question. She also cut me off during my question and answered incorrectly because she did not let me finish the question. I know this because when I finished my question, she corrected herself. Seeing this provider was a miserable experience and deters me from wanting to go to the doctor’s office to seek healthcare.

I had a telehealth exam with Jozelle. She was extremely thorough, affable, took time to talk through my entire relevant medical history, reviewed it while we talked, gave me some preliminary conclusions and instructions with a level of detail and explanation I have often not gotten from MDs. She was caring and professional. The other negative review here sounds like someone looking to find fault, because they are making personal nitpicking judgments based solely on a prescription procedure. That was certainly not my experience with Jozelle. I am very glad she saw me.

I had a knee replacement operation at Try-City Hospital, Oceanside, Ca. At my discharge I was given a prescription written by her for an opioid, which I definitively would need and a prescription for a non-prescription over-the-counter stool softener, that I have been taken regularly for years. I have never met her and don't know on what she based her finding.
