Judi is an excellent therapist. I saw her for help with depression, and suicidal thoughts. Every session she talked with me about where I was at with my suicide, and that made me feel safe and able to eventually decrease and stop those feelings. She is so knowledgable about depression, and taught me multiple skills to alleviate my symptoms quickly .Since she is a Registered Nurse too, she explained how anti-depressants worked and referred me to obtain them. I know they are not for everyone.
