My experience was absolutely awful with Judy. Very unprofessional. Advised that I go listen to a speaker, listen to YouTube videos, talked about her fathers death... She kept looking at the clock as though she wanted me to leave. Got nothing out of my session. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.

I don’t even know where to begin with this so called “therapist”. She yells, accuses, and demands. Doesn’t care about facts as long as she is “right”. She makes stories up, and unreliable. If you try to get a point acrossed or voice your concerns, don’t even waste your breath. To me, it seems like it’s more about her than a client. I honestly feel sorry for anyone that employs her or works with her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Toxic and I don’t see how anyone can heal in her care.

She was late for my appointments by 5-10 minutes (unprofessional). She missed the point of what I was telling her and tried mostly to fish for things that she wanted to hear. No real empathy or compassion for what I was going through and she really minimized my mental health problems. She also did very little exploring of my issues and talked for the majority of sessions. At several points in one session she knew I was not ok with the session, but continued to do all the talking anyway.

Unlikeable person who seems to miss the point of what is being explained. She called me by a different name in our sessions. I took time off work for one of my appointments and when we turned up, she had cancelled. However, when we requested to no longer be a patient of Ms Gonnerman's 6 days in advance, we got charged as a no-show.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service I received and have thankfully found a new provider.

She comes off cold, overly suspicious and snooty, lacks real empathy and has no respect for privacy. It's clear her choice of profession is more of an accommodation than a service to the community. We would show up for appointments that we received phone confirmation for and she would not be there yet she would have the audacity to mark us as the ones who were no call, no show which can have a negative affect on my sons medical insurance. She has no true regard. Very unprofessional.
