Telehealth
There is a consistency with addressing concerns and it feels safe talking the exact details of the condition. She assures that treating a mental health condition requires monitoring and understanding of the condition. Attempts are made to understand the patient well before prescribing any medication. Therapy is an inherent aspect of the treatment process and the provider is an expert with ensuring that the patients are not their sickness. Seeing a doctor in your sickness is not always the tough aspect but feeling good even when you are sick is what matters the most in a healing process. The provider leaves no stone unturned when she helps you get to the best version of yourself.

Reception is outsourced- Beware.
I called Dr. Vansiea's office and immediately was off-put by the outsourced receptionists- they were rude and called multiple times trying to switch my appointment time since apparently, it was the only one she had that day. After filling out multiple different forms, I was unable to actually get into contact with Dr. Vansiea herself and was sent an ill-mannered message the day of the appointment, saying that they would reschedule. I'm not sure if it was her who sent the message, or her receptionist team since there are multiple people working in that department. I was never able to speak to Dr. Vansiea directly which could be due to a specific policy, but nonetheless skeeves me out. Thankfully I was able to schedule an appointment with a different doctor who was super sweet and gave me her direct contact line. Overall, the time, energy, back-and-forth phone calls, and unpleasant disposition of her employees led me to someone much better!

Life does get better. You can have a normal life.
I just want to say,you can have a life with Bipolar. Sometimes things seem to be going crazy but remember you are worth the fight. I have been with Dr. Vansiea for a little over a year and a couple of months. When I first started I really wanted to no longer live, I couldn't navigate my thoughts and I had numerous mood swings and a few maniac episodes, I had no idea of my disorder, I thought I was alright but due to the numerous deaths in my family, it was the straw that broke the camel back and I was really not functioning well so I specifically sought out Dr. Vansiea and it was the best thing I could 've done. After many visits with her and sessions, I am finally getting my life back. We all struggle with many things but it can be treated you just have to take the time to put you first and do the work. Bipolar is treatable. There is help , so you can live with it and you're worth it.

Therapy and med mgmt all in 1 wonderful provider
I was able to get an appointment with Judy very quickly, which I appreciated. Her assistant is on top of reminder calls and paperwork and sharing any needed information. I was soooo very happy to find a provider who does both therapy and med management, I feel it’s important for the med management Dr to see all sides of a person, it’s wonderful for continuity of care. Dr Judy has been very thorough and easy to talk to so far, I feel like my mental health is in very good hands with her :)

Very real and completely down to earth
Dr Vanseia provides a very real type of therapy. She’s easy to talk to and she listens well. She does NOT sugarcoat anything, which may not work for everyone. For me, it is exactly what I need.

Helpful and accommodating!
I have been on a journey with trying to seek help for my mental health and I am grateful that I came across Dr. Vansiea. Her assistant was able to schedule me for an appointment as soon as possible and Dr. Vansiea was very accommodating with helping me take the necessary steps to work on my mental health. I am also grateful that her practice incorporates faith, which is a big influence in my life. I do have some hesitancy when it comes to medication, due to hx of experiencing unpleasant side effects. However, I appreciate that Dr. Vansiea utilizes pharmacogenomics testing which I hear helps prescribers determine the best suitable medication for their patients. I am hopeful that I will improve my health and wellbeing with Dr. Vansiea’s help.

Horrible experience
I’d like to keep this confidential but my uncle received treatment from this falsehood of a practice. Judy was very unprofessional and did not provide me with any feedback when I called her office. I was told she was great but her demeanor says otherwise. One of the rudest “professionals” I have ever met.

Unprofessional. My initial visit she change about 3 times last minute. She was distracted and unengaged during our session. I shared my history of my past experiences and she couldnt not remember or did not write down details. I asked her receptionist to relay message to review my labs that she requested, and this staffed lied and told her I asked to be seen. She then became irate and very nasty towards me in her message as I repeated many times I never requested to be seen by her just to review my labs she ordered. I will never want to be seen be her ever again.
