Yulia is always aware of why I am coming in. She reviews my medication list at every visit. She listens carefully to what I say and makes recommendations that will benefit me specifically. She's actually taken the time to write down instructions for me on how to make a medication change and monitor my blood pressure. This answers all of my questions, so I never go home not knowing what I am supposed to do. I would highly recommend Yulia as a first choice for a primary care provider. That being said, I arrived 15 min early and at the reception window I waited while the receptionist and a provider laughed and chatted over something on a phone, until she glanced at me and said she would check me in. I sat and waited about 20 min while hearing loud talk from the office about a patient who had "finagled" a script for Norco out of them, one who had serious BO, and laughing over the message left by a patient having trouble with incontinence. People behind the desk need to hush up!!!
