Julia Pickel is outstanding in every possible way. Most recently Julia gave me an injection that completely eliminated my shoulder and rotator cuff pain in 5 days. Previously, an injection in my knee years ago totally eliminated the pain and I’m still pain-free as a long-distance walker. You can trust Julia Pickel, and she has excellent communication skills with compassion for her patients! Her assistant Gracie is great! And, the entire support staff at Georgetown Orthopedic Group is outstanding: Sarah, Robin, Hillary, Tanya, Alaina, Amy, Robin and others. GEORGETOWN ORTHOPEDIC GROUP is second-to-none!

It’s rare these days to find one that will simply sit and actually listen to you. Julia never rushes you, she never makes you feel like an idiot. I have always found her warm, caring and smart. She is a true asset to Little River.

I first met Julia Pickel when my children were young and couldn't get in to see our regular doctor. As we all aged, I found I appreciated Julia's straightforward, compassionate care more so than waiting for regular doctor appointment. She is sharp and quick to make an accurate diagnosis. Julia Pickel is in a more specialized setting now but if you need orthopedic care and none of the doctors are available, do not hesitate to see Julia. I assure you you will not be disappointed.
