Glad I have Julie
She is a busy woman but she definitely knows her stuff and listens and tries to fix things. If it's more specialized, she works to get me to the best specialist she knows and checks out the results. Sometimes I get a lecture but it's because she cares. Ultimately, she allows me to be part of the decisions and will respect my choices even when they differ a bit.
