You'd think a medical professional would at least try to understand your case before reaching a diagnosis but this certainly isn't Julie's method. She couldn't be bothered to understand the particulars of my situation, even as I was describing them to her. It seemed she had reached a conclusion about my issue while I was still in the waiting room. Not easy to talk to. Hardly showing any signs of care or concern. Very obviously working just to draw a paycheck. She'll never know it, but her apathy towards my case has caused me to undergo various other unnecessary and costly procedures just to disprove her careless and rushed diagnosis. But that's the whole game right? To keep the patient caught in a net of appointments, visits, prescriptions, and procedures as their pocket is bled dry. If healthcare is the field you wish to join, do not make it seem like you're doing the patient a favor just by listening to them. Julie Hilario, please find employment in a field other than healthcare.

Very thorough. Seemed to care about me and gave good instructions. Helped make sure I was getting the right medications.

I have seen Hilario,following which she ordered blood work up.The results were reported on March 7th, which i have visualised on Patient portal, one of the result is elevated and other result is low which needs a prescription treatment, but sadly i never heard from her or her team at all, following which i have to call her MA on March 19th, the response i got from her team is i need to wait a week as she and her team are on vacation to simply get a prescription sent to my pharmacy.
