The first visit was fine. My second visit turned into a telehealth appointment and NO ONE showed. I messaged staff and NO ONE replied. I sent an email 3 days ago to my provider about my meds and NO REPLY.

She made generalizations after seeing me for 30 mins. I didn't feel heard or validated. She was condescending. I came for possible ADHD & she said I look for fidgeting & you're not fidgeting" I told her that I'm masking & she respond "well

Julie is a great provider. Your system for obtaining any follow-up with prescriptions for clarification is awful. The answering service you use is not reliable in forwarding information to the provider. I give it a minus 10 for a rating!!

Julie listens to me. My main problem is insomnia. I told her what medication works for me. She had no problem giving me the medication to help me sleep.
