Rude & Lack of Empathy Towards The Patient
Julie was to evaluate me for sinusitis, headaches, and ENT related conditions for the VA. The first 15 minutes of my appt. she just stared at her computer I’m guessing trying to see what she was to evaluate. She was totally unprepared, rude, and talked over me when I tried to explain something. She also took a personal call during my appt. Extremely rude and arrogant.
