I initially sought therapy with Julie for help managing my OCD and C-PTSD. Early on, the sessions felt productive, and I appreciated her approach. However, as my struggles with OCD intensified, I felt that Julie struggled to provide the support I needed. Ultimately, she told me that I needed to get my medication sorted out before we could continue therapy, which felt like a dismissal of my ongoing concerns. I understand the importance of medication, but I was hoping for more support with the therapeutic process as I worked through my challenges. Unfortunately, this left me feeling unsupported at a critical time.
